Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

You are eligible to request a refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition.
  • The product is returned with all its original packaging, including tags. 
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is provided.
  • All discounted products are final sale.

Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return shipping address (if applicable).
